TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms of the time period:
Before we begin, please confirm your availability to the below timelines upon consultation
1. Lookbook shared by TSF to client within 7 days.
2. Client to share feedback within 24h from the time we send the Lookbook.
3. TSF to share amendments within 7 days.
In the case a lookbook order is received and is not suitable, TSF will replace one full look or 3 separate pieces from the Lookbook. The itinerary has been set to best serve our clients. Adherence to the timelines must be met guarantee stock availability and delivery.
TSF services expires after 20 days from the day the amendment Lookbook is sent.
PRICING
We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time without notice to you, however, it there are any changes in prices within your package, we will notify you 7 days prior to your payment. All prices shown on our website are in KWD Payments are due before the start of service through our online payment system. Any additional services required after initial payment, will be arranged at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify or end our service with a client for any reason we see fit.
LIABILITY
Our service offers styling looks and outfits virtually. We do not purchase any of the items for our clients, and we shall not be responsible for any damages or flaws in any of the purchases made. After receiving the official look book, the client has 10 days to let us know if they would like to make amendments or are displeased with their purchases for whatever reason. We will not accept any comments or amendment requirements more than 10 days after we submit the look book. The client has up to 3 items to amend within our Basic package, and up to 6 items to amend within our Social package.
RETURN POLICY
You agree that we are not responsible for any store and retailers return policy. If for any reason, you would like to return an item you are responsible in doing so. The Social Four is not liable to any missed return deadline and will not compensate the client.
REFUND POLICY
All sales made with The Social Four are final.
